Au Sable Light Station Magnet

Au Sable Lighthouse is an 87 foot brick tower built on a rise with a light 150 feet above Lake Superior's surface. It was built in 1874 to help sailors navigate the 80 mile stretch between Grand Island Lighthouse and Whitefish Point.
